How much does CaseDelta cost?
CaseDelta is priced per firm by account count, not per seat: $699 a month for up to 5 accounts, $1,199 for up to 10, $2,199 for up to 20, and $4,199 for up to 40. There are no add-ons, no per-case or per-demand metering, and no setup fees. Plans are month to month with no lock-in period. The price is published, so a firm knows its cost before the demo.
Is CaseDelta priced per seat?
No. CaseDelta is priced per firm by account band. There is no per-seat multiplier, and the price does not move as a firm adds people inside its band.
What counts as an account?
Every login is one account, whether it belongs to an attorney, a paralegal or other staff.
Which band does my firm pay for?
The band your account count falls into. "Up to" is inclusive, so a firm with exactly 5 accounts pays $699 a month.
Is there a contract or lock-in period?
No. CaseDelta is month to month. Cancel any time, and access continues to the end of the month you paid for.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There are no setup fees and no add-ons.
Does CaseDelta charge per case or per document?
No. The price is flat for the firm. There is no per-case, per-demand or per-document charge.
What is an automation?
An automation is a standing instruction Delta runs for you, on a schedule or when something happens, such as "every morning at 7, list the demands due this week." Asking Delta something in chat does not count as an automation.
Do higher bands get more features?
No. Every band gets the same product. Only the account limit and the number of automations included change.
